The system refers to all the equipment, buildings, vehicle, etc. should be very frequently checking its working condition like humans take medical checkups that we say normally as servicing. And refurbishment is a process of changing the old parts of the system which is not working properly which is a refurbishing process. We have to follow this to have a healthy environment.
There are some types of services followed in the society for a specific system. They are
- Civil services: this service is one of the major types of service because here we look into a building for service. Now we think that buildings need services yes they do require because we are living in it and maintaining a building is the most important work in civil services. For this type of service, many construction consultants contain civil engineers to do this service. We need to check especially spaces of the building, security system inside and outside the building, parking allocation, clean environment, sewage or drainage system maintenance, plumbing work, etc….
- Electrical services: this is also an important service because this deals with the electricity used devices and electronic things. The first kind of service is checking the electrical line of a building which is properly grounded in that building, lifts, and escalators in the building and their working condition, lighting system in the building, surveillance camera or CCTV camera in the building is connected properly to have good security and to stop the theft and other major crimes happen in the building. And mainly we need to check the fire safety and smoke alarm system in case of a fire burning the safety measures should properly work to save the people and the alarm rang to pass the information to the people inside the building. There is some more advancement in this technology like the system automatically passes the information to the fire safety soldiers. Then we can check the electronic things which use electricity to charge and work like a computer, mobile, laptop, household equipment like fridge, air-conditioner, washing machine, grinder, etc…. because if we have any fault in this type of system we face trouble in our daily life as we depend on these machines to run our life happily. Many individual service centers are there for each of the equipment to check its working condition.
- Mechanical services: here the service is done for the vehicle which we are using in our day to day life. This service also requires public transportation like bus, train, airplanes, etc… there are many departments to check the working condition of the vehicle. Public transportation is maintained by the government itself. Whereas the private vehicles are maintained are serviced by private service centers. They will charge for the services in what they are doing. This is also very important to do the service of the car or bike. We need to check the capability of the car and the availability of brake is in good condition or not. If we haven’t checked the vehicle’s condition, that will lead to a major accident. So it is important to save our life by servicing the vehicle which we use daily.
These three types of services are very important in our dad to day life.
